What does determine the actual effectiveness of learning? Jo shared 6 dimensions of learning power:
– growth orientation \u2013 commitment to growth and change over time
– meaning making \u2013 capacity to make personally meaningful connections
– critical curiosity \u2013 tendency to want to get below the surface and find things out
– creativity \u2013 capacity to use imagination, playfulness and intuition
– strategic awareness \u2013 capacity to be aware of how learning is happening
– Dependence & fragility \u2013 the contrast to all the other positive dimensions
